Dr Grant Ziros

Is the principal chiropractor and director of The Back and Body Clinics (Moonee Ponds-Essendon and Yarraville-Seddon). Dr Ziros graduated in 1999 from RMIT University and holds 3 undergraduate degrees in Human Biology, Chiropractic Science, and Clinical Science and has completed further studies in Sports Chiropractic and clinical pilates.

Dr Ziros has over 20 years clinical experience in the management of spinal and pelvic conditions, especially those causing back pain, neck pain, headaches and sciatica. He also has a special interest in the management of sports and extremity injuries and consults a number of elite level athletes across a number of sports. He enjoys competing in triathlons, coaching kids basketball, and empowering others to make positive healthy changes to their lifestyles to promote lifelong wellness and disease prevention for themselves and their families.

Dr Ziros has been appointed by RMIT University as an honorary mentor within RMIT Universities Clinical intern teaching program for Chiropractors. The Back and Body Clinic (formerly Queens Park Chiropractic and Yarraville Chiropractic and Sports Clinic) has been selected by the University to provide practice – integrated learning for registered student chiropractors that are students of RMIT.

 

Dr Jordan Elliott

Dr Jordan Elliott (Chiropractor) is a partner at The Back and Body Clinic who provides care for all ages of people with differing everyday occupations. As well as servicing many high-level athletes that compete in various competitions such as A-League Soccer, marathon running, weightlifting, netball, dancing and cross-fit athletes. Dr Jordan also has a keen interest in dealing with more complex neurological conditions that people may encounter throughout their lifetime.

In 2014, Dr Jordan discovered the countless benefits of chiropractic care after suffering an injury playing soccer. Since then, he has used his extensive knowledge on the benefits of maintaining optimal physical, chemical and emotional health, as well as staying up to date with the latest research to help guide each of his health consultations.

Dr Jordan currently treats a large population of both acute and chronic patients, implementing a variety of techniques such as specifical spinal adjustments, mobilisations, deep soft tissue therapies, PNF stretching, dry needling and cupping. As well as often prescribing individualized rehabilitation programs to help achieve the best long-term results for his patients.

Dr Jordan graduated with both a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Dr Jordan is currently working out of our Back and Body clinic location in Yarraville-Seddon.
